Frequently asked questions
Don't see your question here? Just ask us in the consultation.
How long does a website take?
A personal website takes about 3 days, and a brand or studio website about 1 week, counted from when we have all your photos and text. If you're in a hurry, rush jobs are negotiable. The sooner your content is ready, the sooner you go live.
What do I need to prepare?
After signing, we'll send you a short content form covering your bio, photos, work and social links. Not confident writing the copy? We can help shape it.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
The design stage includes TBD rounds of revisions, stated in your quote. Anything beyond that is quoted first and only done once you agree.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the hosting runs on your account; we join as collaborators. At handover you receive a full checklist of accounts and access.
Can I update the content myself later?
Yes. If you'd like to edit text and photos yourself, tell us in the consultation and we'll choose a setup that's easy to edit. If you'd rather not, a care plan covers it.
How much does a website cost?
Every project differs in pages, features and scope, so we don't publish fixed prices. After a free consultation, you'll get a written quote that sets out what's included and what it costs. Work only starts once you've agreed to it.
How does payment work?
A TBD% deposit when you sign, and the balance at launch. Yearly domain and hosting fees are paid by you directly to the providers, with no markup from us.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. We work online: calls, email and WhatsApp work well for every step, from the consultation to handover.
